Sabrina Brass are based in Shrewsbury, Shropshire, and our repertoire consists of a varied
programme which provides something for everyone. As well as the main band, we also have a
training band to help us bring through players for the future.

We rehearse on Tuesday evenings (senior band: 7.30-9.30pm), and the band currently has
approximately 30 players (although we are always looking for more).

Sabrina supports many local charities and organisations by performing concerts, as well as
organising its own concerts with guest artists from the local community and has performed
on local radio.
We have been on numerous tours, and our most recent trip was during the Easter 2011
weekend where we played at various venues in Llandudno and the surrounding area.

*****Brass Workshop 2012*****
         Sabrina (Shrewsbury) Brass Band invites you to a brass workshop with Brett Baker
         and Steve Pritchard-Jones on Sunday 5th February 2012 at The Agricultural Showground,
         Berwick Road, Shrewsbury, Shropshire, SY1 2PF

         The workshop is open to all brass and percussion players of ability grade 3 or above and
         all ages. The day will commence at 10.30am (Registration at 10.00am) until 5pm and will
         comprise of full band rehearsals and sectional work. The workshop is free to members of
         Sabrina (Shrewsbury) Brass Band and just £5 for non-members.

         Places are limited to 40 players. If you’re not a member of Sabrina (Shrewsbury) Brass Band
         and would like to attend the workshop you will be made very welcome.
